318 North Charles | January 2020 – Present 

  • A $2 million complete design-build renovation with addition of a 9000 Sq Ft historic structure into multi-use commercial office space. The structure was in complete disrepair and involved intensive structural stabilization including new foundation and underpinning to support the existing structure and added load created by adding two stories.  Additionally, at close of renovation it will be connected to its neighboring structure 320 N Charles  via openings in the adjoining masonry walls. 

Zen Den – 2900 O’Donnell St | January 2023 – December 2023

  • A $1.5 million complete design-build renovation of an 4000 Sq Ft historic structure within Canton Square into a custom bar and restaurant. Course of construction includes major structural stabilization, the addition of a steel patio to the 2nd story, the addition of a commercial grade kitchen with hood and 4 bars and all associated MEP work. 

Prima Dopo – 1724 Thames St | March 2022 – December 2022

  • A $1.8 million complete design-build renovation of an 8000 Sq Ft historic structure within the Nationally Registered Fells Point Historic District into a luxury bar and restaurant. Elite navigated both the regulations from the Commission for Historical and Architectural Preservation as well as requirements from the properties Historic Easement.  Course of construction included managing the historic preservation n of character defining features,  installation of 2 commercial coolers, 2 commercial kitchens, 2 bars, 3 dining spaces, and all associated MEP work. 

10811 Proctor | July 2020 – July 2021

  • A $300,0000  2000 square foot new home build.  Elite purchased the lot, built the house, and managed the sale.

Guilford Hall Brewery – 1611 Guilford Ave | January 2019 – September 2021

  • A $3 million complete design-build renovation of an 20000 Sq Ft of the Crown Cork and Seal factory into a fully functioning brewery, restaurant and event space.  Elite continues to maintain the space and has completed numerous additions to the event spaces. 

1716 Aliceanna St. | February 2019 – March 2021

  • A $300,000 complete design-build renovation of a 3000 Sq Ft Historic row home into a mixed use office space with 2 condos above.

32 N Chester St. | April 2019 – May 2021

  • A $700,00 complete design-build renovation of an 6000 Sq Ft Historic row home into a  mixed use bar and restaurant with 2 apartments above.

226 N Carey St. | May  2019 –  June 2021

  • A $300,000 complete design-build renovation of an 3000 Sq Ft Historic row home into a 3 unit apartment building.  

24 East Madison | December 2018 – April 2019

  • A $350,000 complete design-build renovation of an 4500 Sq Ft Historic Mansion into a 6 unit apartment building with commercial restaurant space on the main level.

10 East Eager St. | December 2017 – December 2018

  • A $400,000 complete design-build renovation of an 4000 Sq Ft row home into a law firm.

814 Cathedral St. | January 2017 – January 2018

  • A $1.5 million complete design-build renovation of an 8000 Sq Ft Historic Mansion into a 13 unit apartment building.
